Community websites, practical toolkits, and resources designed for real-world use.
The Nerdy Brand Series
The Nerdy brand is our direct-engagement platform for neurodivergent individuals. “Nerdy” is a deliberate play on “Neuro,” reclaiming and celebrating neurodivergent identity through accessible, community-oriented digital spaces. Each Nerdy site functions as a front door for its specific community, offering curated resources, AI tool guidance, advocacy updates, and connections to both the nonprofit’s research and its broader ecosystem.
NerdyADHD.org (Live)
The flagship Nerdy site, focused on ADHD in adults. NerdyADHD.org provides evidence-based resources, AI integration toolkits, cognitive accommodation frameworks, community connection, and advocacy tools. It is the organization’s most established public-facing property and serves as the model for future Nerdy brand sites.
Future Sites (In Development)
Subsequent Nerdy brand sites are planned for additional neurodivergent communities, including NerdyAutism.org and NerdySpec.org. Each will be tailored to its specific audience while sharing the brand’s core identity: accessible, evidence-informed, and built by people who live what they write about. Expansion timelines depend on organizational capacity and community demand.
The Cognitive Prosthetic: AI Integration Toolkit
The Cognitive Prosthetic is a comprehensive AI integration framework originally developed for behavioral health organizations and now available as a generalized toolkit. It addresses the specific regulatory, safety, and ethical considerations involved in deploying AI as a cognitive accommodation in clinical and organizational settings, covering HIPAA compliance, ADA frameworks, staff training protocols, and implementation guidance.
The free version of the framework is available through NerdyADHD.org as a standalone compliance resource. Organizations seeking comprehensive implementation support, audit services, and staff training may contact Foundations Technology, which provides consulting services for organizations that interact with neurodivergent individuals.
Civic AI Accountability Standard (CAASNow.org)
The Civic AI Accountability Standard is a public-domain policy framework housed at CAASNow.org. While it has a broader audience than the neurodivergent community alone (targeting legislators, regulators, and litigants), it originates from and is maintained by Neurodivergent Minds Inc. The framework includes pre-deployment assessment instruments, post-hoc oversight rubrics, a social capital diagnostic tool, and model legislative language. All components are public domain with no restrictions on use.
